1 Definitions

4 Account Security

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your BDT wallet instantly or within a maximum of five minutes, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance. 7u99 does not charge deposit fees on any supported BDT payment method.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Maximum deposit limits may be applied to individual accounts based on account activity, verification status, and responsible gaming settings. 7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 7u99 BDT wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Available funds means the total account balance minus any amounts subject to an active wagering requirement from a bonus.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during standard business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed on the same business day. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. 7u99 does not process withdrawals on Bangladeshi public holidays unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. You may withdraw to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile financial service account. Withdrawals to bank accounts are available for verified players and may require additional processing time of up to two business days.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and accounts suspended without prior notice.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on 7u99 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, game, or product. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform at the time of play and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

9.1 Sports Betting
